This quote is a perfect example of the power of unity, being part of the whole which is you. When ever you feel scared, anxious or alone, try to pay attention to all your body parts from head to toe. Another way is to take a walk through nature and take care to absorb the environment around you. This can help bring a sense of connection or awe into your life and for me taking a walk helps me realise there is more to life than what happens in my head.
