I had to share my experiences on the day of the Solar Eclipse, March 20th 2015.
I didn’t think I would catch the eclipse as the clouds were dense over Barcelona. I felt a little sad to not see it, but didn’t think much of it and went out to walk Charlie.
As I walked towards the park, I looked up and there it was – the sun and the eclipse! It blew me away in total awe and watching the phenomena left me slightly dazed. Especially as no one else even glanced up! The busy streets continued to hum with chaos and the cars still tooted their horns. No one looked up! Except me…
I tried to capture the eclipse on camera but it wouldn’t come out. I didn’t want to delete the pictures until I was home and could take a better look. Meanwhile Charlie was wondering why not much walking was taking place but a lot of sitting and looking up! It was magical and the energy felt calm as if time stood still.
When I got home I looked at the pictures but I could see none of them captured the moon blocking out the sunshine. I left the images and for some reason went back to them that evening. This time when I looked I saw something astonishing. Colours! I saw a bight purple anomaly at the bottom left of the screen. Now I’m sure someone out there has an explanation for the random event, maybe it’s the sunshine or my lense (although this has never happened before) but for me I felt honoured. I had asked earlier to see an Angel or to witness something beyond my physical senses. I asked for this because of the difficult path I’m on at the moment and I know if an Angel appeared before me I would probably run in fear. So for me, it was magical. Maybe not an Angel, maybe not an alien but I do love coincidences and anomaly’s! They make the world go round.
What do you think?
